There is no better study than this - sharing knowledge.  I would not ever have known about  AV4, and a lot of other things shared here.  thanks o you all.

My dear brother Gray-El. Please do not feel bad about not knowing. I didn't know anything about this until Sister Ngone began to share some of this information with me. That's why it is vital that we share information and collaborate to support one another. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

We now have the tools to increase our earning power and settle our debts. These tools can provide us with a giant step in the right direction, but as you mentioned, this will require study, research, and courage to stand up for our due. Peace and blessings to you and yours, my brother.

@Brother Wes: I appreciate the clarification as I am still cloudy on A4V and must state truthfully that I have never heard of it. I imagine myself among many who are asleep and unaware of all that is available to us if we would "STUDY"

Study requires discipline and some of us have been lacking in that department. I will, as suggested, commit to learning all I can.

@Brother Wes - Thank you for the clarification. Although, I was already on that page with you, others may not have been. I believe, as you do, in the words of Malcolm, that we should demand our rightful freedoms as human beings and protect those rights "By Any Means Necessary". That would include first understanding, then using the legal system that has been established by our historical opressors. We must inform ourselves to gain whatever freedoms are already due by written law. I would love to see more details discussions on how we could go about sharing legal knowledge and understanding of the laws of this land as they apply to our real freedom as a people. I started the group "Know Your Rights" as a means of focusing on that very issue we can get more people (lawyers inparticular) to share helpful facts about the law and rights of citizens (and non-citizen groups) in America.  Hopefully we can also speak to what global citizenship and universal human rights that are in affect in every nation.

This is one resource I think we all would benefit from adding to our libraries right away...

Brothers and sisters,

Since we seem to be in a mode of clarification, please allow me to clarify a major point: The methodologies I am suggesting that we implement NOW; stop paying income taxes and applying the A4V process, is not asking. These provisions are available as a matter of law - hidden law. Therefore, we have no need to ask, but we must invest the time, energy and courage to demand what is ours LEGALLY. We are paying income taxes to the IRS while under hypnosis. Legally, there is no reason to pay income taxes. But, do we have the courage to DEMAND what is ours?

The A4V process is also buried in the laws of commerce. When FDR took the gold and silver money away from the American people, we have no way to pay our debts. Thus, they (the US government) became responsible for all of our debts. This too is hidden in the law, but has now be discovered. Again, the question is, do we have the willingness to research, study, implement and stand up on the law and insist upon our DEMANDS to be met?

Tupac is talking about 'asking'. Other are talking about 'reparations'. I am talking about using the LAW of our oppressor and DEMANDING our due.

In order to take advantage of these provisions in LAW however, I agree with Brother Ty Grey-El, we must free our enslaved minds and accept responsibility for our own destiny.

Scripture indicates our time to be free is now and that we will return home with many valuable things. Do you think the oppressor is going to give it to us? No. We must be willing to get up off our knees, stand up on our feet as men, conduct ourselves in righteousness, dignity and strength and and become responsible for our own liberation.

It is time for us to quit whining and start studying. It is time for us to grow up and assume our rightful place on the world scene as the children of the Most High God, rightful caretakers of this planet. Rise, you mighty nation. Rise, I say and inherit the earth and all that is in it.

Dear brothers and sisters, with respect to REPARATIONS. When I wrote both those  poems they were written more to illuminate the issue from my artist perspective then anything else. It is my firm belief that if awarded (not given) reparations at this time, we would give it all back in a few short years, maybe even months given our level of sickness.

The things that must be REPAIRED are our hearts and minds. We are far too brain washed and our hearts are to muddied with the filth of the slave master's grime to sustain repairing at this time. We have to heal from the wounds of slavery by first acknowledging their existence. When I speak of reparations I am not speaking of a handout or anything (GIVEN) like Minister Farrakan alluded to. We have earned enough in this country to expect and demand 'fee for services rendered' with compounded interest. These fees we can demand when we REALIZE that we earned them. We are still stuck believing that we have been the recipient of welfare, when in fact the true welfare recipient in America has been the slaveholder who received free labor from the enslaved.

So I just want to be clear on my position. I aint asking for Jack. When the time is right and our minds are right. When we finally wake from this collective slumber and see that we own all this anyway, cause we invented it, we built it and maintain it, then we will make the repairs.

I ain't expecting the snake to ever stop being a snake. I just won't be picking him up and putting him in my pocket expecting him NOT to bite, as he will never stop biting, for that is his nature.

Thought from "PAC" that could be applied to the idea of asking for reparations...Hm-m-m-m-m-m-m-m? What are your thoughts on his thoughts?
